Can I access my account information online?

At this time we do not offer online access to Account information, however, we do offer the option to make online payments and submit Document requests via our Customer portal.

How do I make a payment?

Payments can be made online, free of charge at www.firstwesternef.com/online-bill-pay/.

*ACH payments by phone are subject to an $8 service fee. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments are subject to a service fee of 3% (of the transaction amount) or $8, whichever is greater.

 

How do I enroll in Autopay?

To enroll in automatic payments, please submit a request online at https://www.firstwesternef.com/customer-portal/. Please complete this request form using your information, and in the comments section, we will need the following:

Authorized Signer’s First and Last Name
Authorized Signer’s Email Address (for authentication and security purposes)
Agreement/Contract Number(s) you wish to enroll.

Once the request is submitted, a DocuSign secure form will be sent to the email address(es) listed. This will ensure the security of your sensitive banking information.
